Terms of Service — LeadsQue

These Terms govern access to and use of LeadsQue, a product of REGALNEX.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using LeadsQue, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
LeadsQue provides a CRM platform for lead capture, tracking, and sales pipeline management, including optional integrations with third-party platforms such as Facebook Lead Ads.
3. Customer responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process the personal data of your leads — for example, via your own Facebook Page’s privacy notices and consent mechanisms.
- You must not use LeadsQue to store or process data unlawfully.
4. Third-party integrations
When you connect a Facebook Page, you authorise LeadsQue to access lead data via Meta’s API as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect this integration at any time.
5. Data ownership
You retain ownership of your data, including lead records. REGALNEX acts as a processor of that data on your behalf.
6. Subscription and payment
LeadsQue is offered on monthly and annual subscription plans. Payment terms, pricing, and cancellation are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your data will be retained for 90 days and then deleted, per our Privacy Policy, unless deletion is requested sooner.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REGALNEX’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of LeadsQue shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. REGALNEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
